Connect with Mother Earth and Release your Worries

The vision I see is of a vast prairie landscape, and striding towards me is a tall remarkable woman dressed in white buckskin, holding a beautiful ceremonial pipe, behind her stretched across the sky is rainbow. She approaches me and she holds out the pipe to me with a smile.
White Buffalo Calf Woman Speaks:
The pipe is the symbol of Strength.
Welcome to all who choose to read these words! I offer you the symbol of the pipe, which is the gift of the combined power and strength of the divine feminine and the divine masculine, by placing the stem into the bowl of the pipe the pipe symbolizes the union of the male and female creating the miracle of the birth of children. The smoke from the pipe carries your prayers and intentions to the creator.
The bowl of the pipe is likened to the womb of the woman, and the stem the symbol of the man together they can and do create creation, this is the gift that the creator gave all of human kind. I offer you the sacred pipe this day to remind you to honor your connections together. Women honor the miracle of all you are, the givers of life. Whether you have biological children or not, the place you hold as a woman on the planet is sacred and connects you to the mother lines of creation.
Men your role of divine masculine is sacred and you carry the responsibility to honor who you are and remember you are a spiritual warriors bringing forth the highest light, love and truth for your family and the world.
As men and women come together you are creating your world, and to accomplish this each of you need to access your highest potential. I encourage you to support one another, love one another and trust you are able to create the best possible world together.
Children are the future:
Look to your children, nieces, nephews, grandchildren for the beautiful combination of the divine feminine and divine masculine which appears in their eyes, faces, smiles and mannerisms. Each child is a delightful reflection of male and female, and you are in a time when it is important to allow the girl child to feel strong, capable, and supported to find her path. It is important to allow the male child to find his softer side and embrace his true path. Your children are the future and the examples you give them of how you choose to live life is your gift to your future descendants. Providing them with powerful examples of how to live life, released from fear and not sourcing to scarcity allows the future generations to be free from old stories and negativity. It is true that it is not what you say that matters but what you model for your children.
Remember to Love Yourself:
I ask you to remember to love yourself, be a glowing example for your children of someone who honors, trusts, and loves themselves. Create an atmosphere of unconditional love for yourself and that love will spill out to your external world.
I know you are in the habit of worrying about your families and you want the very best for each of them.
I offer you this suggestion when you begin to notice you are worrying, envision the sacred pipe, and call upon the Mother Earth energy symbolized by the bowl of the pipe, call upon Father Sun symbolized by the stem. Breathe in and connect to your spirit through your breath and envision the smoke from the pipe sending your love and prayers to the creator, transforming your worries doubts, and fear into empowering prayers.
The transformative power of prayer is of a higher vibration than the energy of fear.
White Buffalo Woman offers you this vision:
Take a moment to close your eyes and notice your fears, worries, and doubts; be aware how this affects your body, mind and spirit, then take a big breath in and breathe out all the fear and anxiety.
Now close your eyes, call in the highest light, love and truth, feel this peaceful loving energy surround and enfold you like a rainbow cloak. Sit with this awhile breathing in the beauty and strength.
Notice the difference in the vibrational energy of each of these and I leave it to you to decide which you would rather sit with, and which energy do you desire to model for your children, which energy to you want to send to your children.
You have free choice upon the earth and so you can embrace, fear or love it is up to you which one you embrace.
Ceremony can support you:
In the time I walked upon the earth I taught my people the power of ceremony and ritual and these ancient teachings can and do support all of those who choose to embrace them. The ceremony does not need to be elaborate or complicated; it only needs to connect to your heart and to have a clear intention behind it.
The phases of the Grandmother Moon are a wonderful opportunity to embrace change and ceremony. The new moon can be a time to make positive intentions for how you choose to move forward in the life. The full moon can support you in releasing that which no longer serves you.
I suggest when you do ceremony; you work with the elements of Mother Earth, fire, water, air and earth. You can use fire to burn your fears, by placing a stick or pine cone in a fire ceremony. You can light a candle and use the fire of the candle as your alchemist. Go to a river, lake, ocean or creek and breathe into the water your fears, splashing water onto your face and allow the water to support your release. Call on the air spirits through the power of your breathe and breathe out your fears. Dig a hole in the earth and place into the earth your deepest concerns.
Of course you can use the four elements for your new moon ceremonies as well. Go to your body of water and release unto the water flowers infused with your intentions. Go to the mother earth and place upon the land a symbol of your intention infused with prayers, a pinecone, flower, or seed pod. Light a candle and sit quietly while you send your prayers to the creator. Stand on the earth and breathe deeply and send your intentions to the winds for change.
I honor each of you as you make your earthly walk please call upon me and I will be with you as you walk the good red road.
