I feel alone, sad and discouraged with the world events----then I notice there is a soft light surrounding me, holding and cradling me I feel surrounded with uncondional love and light, encircled with this divine love like a morning mist. This is the energy of our sweet Mother Mary, softly she whispers, rest child, be still let us hold you and cradle you , we love and cherish you dearest one.

Time to Re-set:
I come forth for all of the beautiful souls of the earth, now is the time to re-set your energy field, rest and rejuvenate. There has been upheaval in your western world and many are embracing fear, I ask you to remember the darkness cannot exist in the light of your love and intention. Light beings are being called to keep a steady light shining in their hearts for the entire world to see, feel and absorb. The darkness of mankind’s fears is being exposed and now is the time for each of you to hold the highest light, highest love, and highest truth. As you enter this year of 2017 you are called to hold your light and connect to the light grid that surrounds Mother Earth and feel the love that is available for all for connect with. I encourage you not to allow the fear that surrounds the planet to diminish your divine light. We need you to be the light for your family, friends, and the world; your courage and strength are required for the transformation that is occurring, each of you make a difference.
Be mindful of where you choose to put your attention where you direct your thoughts. It is very vital for you to notice where your energy is flowing. You are far more powerful than you can even imagine, you are co-creators and as such we ask you to be mindful of not surrendering to fear and hatred at any level.
For example if you are connected to fear based stories on social media or television this will feed anxiety and distress and your energy field will be diminished from the brilliant light and the full potential of all you can be. Just as it is important to notice what food you feed your body to be healthy and vibrant. It is equally important to be aware of what thoughts and energy you feed your emotional and mental body. Imagine if you drank a glass of toxic water your body would reject this poison, we are asking you to reject any poisonous thoughts and fear from your pristine energy field.
You Can and Do Make a Difference:
You make the difference most beloved ones, your thoughts, feelings, desires and joy all create the energy “soup” that you live in. Each of you have the potential to be generators of light, love, and joy and the well-being of the earth is dependent on each of you to continue to produce these attributes to create the balance that is needed upon your planet at this time. 
When you go into confused love, it affects the sacred balance of the whole. Your energy field makes a difference at a level you cannot logically understand, so I have come forth today to ask you to trust.
The Year of 2017 is a Time of Sacred Balance:
The time you are in 2017 is the time of the Sacred Balance and you are asked to create balance in your personal lives, and to appreciate that this will affect the whole.
In numerology this year of 2017 is a one year, new beginnings, I ask you to take this to heart and trust and know that these new beginnings for the whole can be supported by you the individual. As this is a time of new beginnings it is imperative that you do not drag the past shadow pieces to the new expression of your being, and journey forward in life. Bring to this year of 2017 a fresh start and the best you can be, the collective consciousness is always affected by each individual, this may feel like a drop of rain in an ocean, but I am asking you to trust that as that drop of rain, you can affect change. Make your contribution to the collection as clear, clean and joyous as possible.
We are here to Support You:
Please remember you are not alone and we are here to support you, through the power of prayer and stillness you can connect to our love, and strength. You were never meant to do this journey alone I encourage you to seek support from each other, gather with like-minded humans who are experiencing this reality you call life. Call upon us here in the Upper World we have walked upon the earth and know what it is to walk in the shadows with doubt and worry. We are here for you dearest ones.
Take Time to Be:
I remind you to take time in your day to be still and quiet connect to your breath, unplug from technology and distractions and allow your heart flame to expand. Your heart flame is your connection to your spark of divinity, allow this flame to shine brightly and allow the fire from this flame to be a gift for your whole body.
Feed this flame with gratitude to yourself, and time in nature, upon your Mother Earth she will always feed you with unconditional love, she is your first Mother, Cosmic Mother.
Mother Mary guides us:
Come and walk with me beautiful souls.
Mother Mary brings us to a staircase of light and we are requested to climb up the stairway, as we ascend up the stairs of light, we are encouraged to release our worldly roles, let our responsibility’s and concerns fall away, old paradigms that no longer serve us. We arrive at the Upper World, the place of un-manifested energy, the home of pure potential and life force. Here we are invited to enter a chamber of light, in this chamber we notice a beautiful altar, and upon the altar is a radiant flame of fire. We walk toward the fire, pause, take a big breath in, connect to the Divine flame and revitalise our personal heart flame. 
We are the fire!
We then give thanks , and descend down the staircase of light bringing with us our rejuvenated heart flame which will allow us to shine and flourish in the world, supporting the changes that will occur, as we move forward into 2017.
Thank you Blessed Children of the Earth for your Trust, Love, and for holding the Divine Flame in your hearts. You hold the Divine Fire that will support change for your World, in 2017.
