I climb a staircase of light and come to an entrance to a garden, standing at the garden gate is Mother Mary dressed in a white her dress which is covered in multi coloured roses. Emanating from her being is a soft radiant white light which extends from her being. Her hands are outstretched and the palms of her hands are extended toward the sky. Her smile is beatific and the light of love and peace emanates from her being. Mother Mary welcomes us to step through the garden gate into this garden of the highest light, and love.
Our Dear Mother Speaks:
Welcome to your Spiritual Garden:
Children of the light it is with delight I come forth to you this day, I offer to all of you reading these words the highest love, light, and truth. Come dear ones into the Spiritual Garden of your becoming, as you enter this garden I ask you to set an intention before entering. Whenever you desire to partner with Spirit it is beneficial to set a clear intention. Your intention is the golden key which unlocks your heart to your desires and soul yearnings providing you with focus and allowing us to support you. We ask you to discern do you need assistance with clarity, healing, wisdom, or have fear and doubt permeated your being and you need an opportunity to release and rejuvenate. Perhaps you entered the garden to just be, allowing yourself to be held by the Divine light allowing this light to connect to your spirit this day. Whatever you intend, all are welcome no one will be turned away, in this place there is no judgement or pain it is a sanctuary of serenity and joy.
Come enter the garden, join me on the wings of your breath, and notice there are many pathways to explore; you are invited to walk down the pathway of your choosing.
The gift of choice is sacred, it is the gift you are given when your spirit incarnates into the human form, and you have life choices to make and must decide which path will bring you the highest love, light and truth for your journey as a spirit having a human experience. Your planet earth is revered in the cosmos as it allows for free choice and it is important to honor this sacred gift of life and choice.
When your world feels dark and you cannot see the light I ask you to trust that you still have choices. You can choose your thoughts towards self and intentionally connect to the highest realms through the power of prayer and by opening your heart center to the world with a smile, kindness, and send love to the external world and of course allow yourself to receive love.
Simple acts of kindness raise your vibration:
Simple acts of kindness will increase your vibration and radiate your intention to the world and allow for gentle and peaceful energy to flow from you and to you. Come walk with me awhile in this your spiritual garden and breathe the breath of love to your blood, bones, muscles, and feel your worry and doubt melt from your being.
Accept the love that is offered to you this day dearest one, allow your breath to connect to your soul self and drink deeply from this fountain of sweet benevolent nectar.
Sweet Humming Bird makes the impossible Journey:
I stand at the gateway to the garden welcoming each of you and honoring your hearts, I understand that the human journey can feel overwhelming and at times an impossible journey. I bring your consciousness to the humming bird; sweet humming bird makes her own impossible journey from South America to North America following the energy lines across the Gulf of Mexico in the dark of night.
This seemingly impossible journey is made twice a year; the humming bird follows her instincts as she makes this journey. Once at her destination she drinks deeply from the sweet nectar of flowers reminding you that you can drink from the nectar of life. The humming bird teaches you that you have no need for an intermediary and can source directly to the Divine energy. I encourage you to call upon the strength and sweetness of this beautiful creation from the Divine Light. Here is a prayer you may want to evoke to call on this sweet gift from the Creator

The Humming bird flits from flower to flower
Drinking the nectar of joy as she flies
Hummingbird, Oh Hummingbird, Let me drink with you awhile
Hummingbird Sweet Humming bird, Let me drink from the Grand Divine
Your Breathe is connected to your Spirit:
All of Mother Earth is full of gifts for you to see, feel, smell, hear, and touch and as you choose your path in life I remind you to pause in your day and breathe deeply connecting to your Spirit which comes with each breath you breathe. Imagine your breath is like a filament of light that reaches above your crown chakra and connects you to your Soul Source.
Your Soul Source is a huge composite of light, love and truth beyond anything you could imagine, and held here is the combination of every life time you have lived, on planet earth, as a cosmic traveler and the wisdom that extends to your star seed knowing. Each of you is a star seed and carry in your DNA the template for the magnificence of your becoming, you are made of star dust.
I encourage you to celebrate who you are right this minute, your magnificence is remarkable and you only need acknowledge a small portion of this magnificence to allow for self-love to enter your heart.
Gratitude for self will support your journey:
I ask you to pause in your day to take time to be grateful to yourself for what you provide to the world each day just by being in human form. This may be giving love to your children, providing abundance for your family by working a job, or cooking meals, caring for an elder or allowing your spirit to be shine as you sing, dance, or quietly pray for peace. 
As you allow your self-worth to be seen, felt and known it is like tugging at the filament of light of your spirit and allowing more of your life force to extend from your soul source, filling your body with light and raising your vibration. Through your focus and availability you will receive the benefits from the wisdom and love that is your birth right.
To support this I ask you to allow some time for contemplation, meditation, and stillness for it is in the quiet revere that we can come to you and sit with you, supporting your journey. As you sit in stillness, I invite you to imagine your Spirit entering your crown chakra and flooding your whole being with your Soul Light. Breathe this into your blood, bones, and muscles, allowing your cells to open to this divine light that is you.
In closing I once again bring your awareness to the Humming Bird and ask you to align with this gift from the creator, let this one teach you her ways of trust instinct and knowing, drinking from the nectar of life, and having the tenacity to make impossible journeys.
