The vision I see is a morning sunrise. The sun is rising over the mountain peaks and, soaring in the morning light, is a huge white eagle. The eagle circles and swoops around me and gently lands upon a tree branch. Then with a flash of white light, the eagle shape shifts into the light being I know as White Eagle. He stands before me holding a white eagle feather.

The Christ Consciousness
Welcome to all who choose to read these words. I come before you today with much love and respect for your human journey in the earth realm. I bring you words of hope and solidarity and stand with each of you. Today I give you the invitation to embrace the Christ consciousness. Allow yourself to receive this mindfulness into your physical body, to embrace it in your emotional and mental bodies, and allow it to support you in your spiritual body.
This transcendent, all-inclusive energy of unconditional love is available to each of you to embrace and accept into your hearts. You will receive support from this omnipresent energy of love. Remember you chose to come to planet earth, in this journey as a human, and you are connected to the trees, rocks, animals and the four elements of wind, earth, fire, and water.
You made your journey to earth as a spirit connecting to the eternal flame of fire. You grew in your mother’s womb surrounded by water. You emerged into your human form with your first breath, connecting to air. You were born to the earth in human form. Your journey here is a miracle that connects you to the four elements of fire, water, air and earth and these four elements continue to support you as a spirit having a human experience. 
How to Activate the Christ Consciousness:
I come to you today on the wings of the eagle, who sits in the east on the medicine wheel, the place of the rising sun. I bring forth to each of you a white eagle feather, the symbol for my people of connection to the grandmother wisdom. Upon the earth at this time, it is divine feminine energy that will soothe the waters and bring forth the unconditional love that will support the whole.
The eagle reminds you to see your world from a different perceptual state, to allow your vision to expand beyond the obvious. It offers the opportunity to see your world from different vantage points. Being awake to the higher perspectives will connect you to the Christ consciousness and remind you to not get caught up in micromanaging your life. This expansive viewpoint will lead to a more fluid existence and you will not be so afraid of change or moving into the development of your being.
Your Spirit is unconditional love:
You have been told before that each of you is a spirit having a human experience and that your spirit is vast and huge. In choosing to connect to the Christ consciousness, you choose to connect to your eternal spirit. In the place of your becoming, you are unconditional love. The reminder today is to take some time to reconnect to this vast soul source that is you and breathe this into your physical body. As you make yourself available to receive this love that is you, expand your energy field. Use this energy of the higher self to support yourself and your extended connections of family, friends and community. In this way, you carry and expand the Christ consciousness grid upon the earth.
Notice your Thoughts:
Your thoughts and feelings create the atmosphere you live in. The earth, from our perspective, is like a huge melting pot of feelings and energy that swirls and flows. You, as a human, swim in this energy field just as the fish swim in the ocean waters. So I ask you to be mindful of your thoughts, words and deeds as they create the level of your own well-being and the well-being of others in your energy field. Be aware of toxic thoughts and personalities. Limit the time you spend in the company of fear and dread, for these energies will affect your vibrational frequency.
Nature will heal you:
Where you can find rejuvenating energy is in nature, sourcing to the trees, lakes, rivers and oceans. Mother Earth will always feed you and allow you opportunities to re-set and rejuvenate your being. The trees and animals are not affected by the heavy energy created by mankind. They have their own ways of re-setting and, as humans, you can learn a lot from them. They have much to teach you and so taking time upon the earth to be in nature will always support you and connect you to unconditional love.
I invite you to greet the morning light in the east with a prayer and with trust in the new day, the new dawn. Breathe into your heart the Christ Consciousness of unconditional love, and soar like an eagle.

The Eagle flies over the mountain top and kisses the face of the sun
