The vision I see is a pathway of red rock and earth, this trail extends before me, inviting me to walk and feel the earth beneath my feet. With each step I am encouraged to let go of my roles in this life, my role as mother, wife, friend, and confidante, as I walk down the path I disengage from the layers of the personal, shedding my worldly persona’s, revealing my authentic self. I walk slowly with intention and focus and the path leads me to a cave, here I am invited to go inside the womb of the Mother Earth. The cave is full of crystalline light and the shafts of rainbow colours fill the cave. In the center of the cave there is a shaft of white light and sitting in this beam of light is Mother Mary she sits quietly with the palms of her hands extended holding the beam of light.
Mother Mary speaks:
Welcome children of the earth, it is with joy I come forth this day to speak with you, I invite you to open your hands with your palms up and feel the light that I offer you. I ask you to open your heart and feel the love.
This is the time you have been waiting for and I ask you to partner with your Mother Earth and to allow the beauty of her to speak to you in ways you have never allowed before. There are answers for you in the deep recesses of the land, in the rocks, rivers, lakes, and creeks. Your Mother Earth is alive with wisdom and love for you to enjoy and learn from. You my dearest ones have left messages for yourselves in the land you walk upon, for you are the ancient ones that have returned again to this earth. 
You so loved the earth you returned and in the sacred places such as Stonehenge, Chita Nitcha, Machu Pitchu you left storehouses full of your love, wisdom, and wonder. Now is the time to seek out this wisdom and wonder and harness the seeds you have sown in your past incarnations. Do not limit your awareness to the obvious sacred mountains and shrines, you will find wisdom in your own backyards. I encourage you to go forth and discover the landscape you live in, walk on the land, swim in the rivers, and climb upon the mountains. Discover the land you live on, you choose where you would live before you came to this lifetime this was part of the divine plan for you. The unfolding of your new awareness, can be found wither you live in the city or the country you can discover the ancient gifts in your surroundings and these will give you clues as to why you have returned again to this earth, to this now. Notice what delights you, is it the tree on the corner that blooms in the spring, or the ocean waves that provide a rhythm as they crash on the shore line. The earth has infinite gifts to share and you are sent here to be the witness to this beauty. This journey of return to the human form is one that is coveted by the whole universe, so I encourage you to take advantage of this earthly journey it is a precious gift for you to enjoy.
Remember to find Joy:
Do not take yourself too seriously remember to laugh and invite joy into your world, there are many who take their life experience so seriously that they miss the opportunities of magic, wonder and joy. It is through joy and wonder you will be able to connect to the elementals you share the planet with. These nature spirits are there for you to behold in the flowers, trees, beside a running brook they sing to you on the soft summer breeze.
It is through joy that you will open your third eye and allow the soft whispers of love and awareness to inform you. This will nurture your being and create pathways to direct contact with the invisible realms who are waiting to commune with you. This way of walking in the world will provide you with expanded vision and knowing.
The suggestion of releasing the roles you play of daughter, son, father, mother, sister brother, and lover is a way for you to find your authentic self. The roles you play in life are important for they are a huge part of the human experience and a way for you to learn about yourself in context of being human on the earth. But I remind you that you are more than the roles you choose to play and so in shedding these roles you can find the authenticity of your being and here you can open your heart to the vast wisdom in your heart center. This wisdom is in your presence and through intention and focus you can uncover these deep recesses of your authenticity, and discover your child like wonder. With this child like appreciation you can open your heart to the elementals you share this Mother Earth with.
The elementals are in the beauty of the land, when you appreciate a rose in bloom, the leaves on the trees dancing in the breeze, or the sparkling of sun on the water, you are seeing the essence and love from the magical ones with whom you share this earth. By opening your heart and mind to these joys of nature you are acknowledging the forces of nature that help to create this heaven on earth. Earth is the jewel in the crown of the universe and you my dears have the privilege of walking and living on her belly. Your bodies are made of the earth matter and you are fed from this your first Mother, she feeds your body mind and soul with her love bathing you all the days of your life.
Balance your relationships:
The act of reciprocity opens your spirit body to the vast wonder and joy of unconditional love this love is the energy that created the universe and the very world you live. There is no greater force than love, as you open your being to this you anchor the life force that creates all that is. 
The energy of reciprocity will support you at this time, the relationships you engage in, teach you about yourself and your journey on this earth; they must grow corn for you. I ask you to remember to allow for give and take, balance all your relationships and in following this practice you will find yourself in right relationship in all aspects of your life. This is a simple truth, for it is in the simple that you will find the Divine.
I remind you to not make things too complicated, keep it simple and you will open the doors to the child like wonder which opens your heart to the vast treasures that wait.
Clearing out the unwanted thought patterns and paradigms’ of regret, shame, anger, and worry are paramount to your well-being. The Earth medicine provides wonderful teachings for you, she re-sets her energy constantly, with the changing of seasons, with the flow of a river, she shows you examples of how your can re-set your energy body. Take some time to sit by a river, creek, or ocean and see the flow of the water and how this clears and creates fluidly, allowing for change and letting go. Water is the life blood of the Mother Earth and you can use this energy of water to connect to your rivers of light in your body and re- set releasing old doubts, worry, and fears so that you can always be as clean and clear as possible.
Find time for stillness:
The vision of walking to the cave is intentional, it is imperative that you take the time you need to go into the quiet womb of stillness and reconnect with the knowing and wisdom within. This gift of re-setting your energy field will sustain you as you go forward into your daily life. Reminding you not to carry old baggage from the past, but like the river remain clear and clean. I come to you with an open heart and open my healing hands to you all. I bath you in the crystalline light of change and send you the highest light, love and truth this day.
