What Therese Offers As a Shamanic Healer, I offer several processes to you assist you in your healing journey. I can do an intuitive consultation with the assistance of your personal guides to determine the source of your problems and seek their help and encouragement. I can do an Illumination process to cleanse and balance your energy centers, removing dense energies and attachments to other people or situations. Soul Retrieval can reunite you with splintered aspects of your soul body.
A spiritual consultation is channeled through the energy of your personal Spirit Guide. Through intentional focus I maintains the connection for you while you ask questions, and tap into the wonder of the invisible realms. The consultations usually include visualizations, meditation techniques, affirmations and insights for life.
How to prepare for a Spiritual Consultation? Having a spiritual consultation should be an uplifting and refreshing experience; it is important that you feel comfortable with the spiritual consultant and ensure she matches your energy level. For example can you be honest with them? Do you feel you are being talked down too? Your comfort level is very important. Coming prepared for your session will enhance the experience. Allow yourself some time to center your energy and feel comfortable in the chair you are sitting in. If it is a phone consultations have some water to drink, and this helps the energy to flow. Remember you are asking for the highest truth, love and light to come to you. Have some questions prepared to ask your spirit helpers. Remembering that spirit will give us suggestions, but high -level guides will not tell us what to do as we are in the time of free choice. Many times we are given guidance but not told what to do, or when to do it. The first part of the reading is one of free flow and Therese will intuitively bring forth the opening messages from your Spirit Helpers, it is suggested you allow yourself to “feel” the energy of this portion of the session. Notice how you feel, and react to the energy of your personal guides as they come to you.
Spiritual Coaching - Accessing Your Intuitive Knowing As we know we are all One! Connecting directly to our Soul Self can help you to feel and know that you are not alone. My personal journey has allowed me the privilege of connecting to the various amazing energies that have helped to inform me and provided me with insights for others. I have come to a place where I feel privileged to be in physical form, but also extremely aware that I am not alone and that we all can connect directly with the Divine energy for our personnel understandings and receive insights for others. I am excited to provide this opportunity for those who may be interested in connecting in a more direct way with their spirit guides, and power animals. The intention of our time together will be to experience our connection directly with the Divine Energy and to feel the Oneness that is available for all. I believe we are in the time where we can connect in a very direct and intentional way for clarity and wisdom for our journey on the earth. Our time together will be experiential and focused on allowing for each person to access their intuitive knowing. The ancient pathways for direct access are available for all of us. Suggestions for you to consider: The beginning of your session gives Therese an opportunity to connect with your personal spirit helpers, it is a stream of consciousness that allows spirit to give you insights and understandings, that your spirit guides desires you to know at this time, it is a free flow, which ensures the highest truth is brought forth before the logical questions are asked. The energy you bring to the consultation will affect the partnership with spirit, and Therese’s ability to bring forth the best possible understandings for you. If you bring the energy of wanting to trick the consultant then that will affect the session, it is suggested you be as honest and open as possible to get the most out of your session. Remember the consultant does not need to be convinced in her belief in spirit. This reading is for you and so it is suggested you bring the very best of yourself to the experience.
Earth Based Medicine Healing from the Shamanic Inca Tradition I began my journey of discovery into the Shamanic knowledge in 2002; I and became a full mesa carrier with the Inca tradition. My interest is these ancient teachings led me to pursue Mastery clasess with Jose Luis Herrera, Rainbow Jaquar. The understandings I learned from Jose Luis allowed me to expand my practise to include the healing modalities from the ancient wisdom of the Quero. In my healing practise I use my ability to connect with each client’s spirit helpers. Our bodies want to come to the healed state, so when you come to the healing with an open heart we can clear out unwanted negative energies that prevent you from living you life to the fullest. Shamanic healing is 20 thousand years old, this gentle and powerful method of healing is based on connecting to the energies of Mother Earth and is extremely transformational, allowing the body to come back to wholeness.
Who can benefit from Earth Medicine Healing?
Soul Retrieval Soul Retrieval is an ancient healing process undertaken by a person trained in Shamanic Healing who is able to enter and navigate the realm of non-ordinary reality for the purpose of retrieving a part of the pure essence, pure life force of the client. This pure essence has splintered off due to some trauma in the person’s life. It is not part of the personality; it does not hold the emotional pain of the trauma. It is pure energy. With its return home to the client and re-integration, the original trauma that caused the part of the soul to seek refuge in non-ordinary reality heals at a very deep level. So deep in fact that often it seems as though a familiar part of your very being ness is accessible to you again. Sometimes we do not even know what the original trauma was, only that the client is suffering from a power loss which is indicated by a life that does not allow them to live their full potential. Soul Retrieval can be done with the client and Shaman in the same room or can be done over any distance. The Shaman works outside of ordinary time and space and is not governed by those realities.
