Quan Yin Speaks
A Walk with Quan Yin
Published April Sedona 2016
You are invited to walk down a pathway of white smooth stones; with each step you are encouraged to release your doubts, worries, sadness, and anxiety. The pathway brings you to a white trellis covered in roses, and standing under the trellis is Quan Yin dressed in a pale pink kimono, she greets you with her palms extended to the sky, and you are most welcome here. The goddess of mercy and compassion shows you the way.
Quan Yin Speaks:
Quan Yin leads the way:
As you enter your garden I ask you to notice there is a huge stone covered in moss, set deep into the loam of Mother Earth. This stone represents your connection to the Mother Earth, your first Mother, and Cosmic Mother. I encourage you to take some time to pause here, sit awhile and contemplate the strength of this stone and consider how long this stone has stood in this place. The stone is a symbol for you of the ancient energy of strength and support that is offered to you from Mother Earth. Your Mother is here for you strong, solid and patient waiting for you to pause in your day to connect, and feel her love.
As you go forward on the pathway you will notice you have come to a brook of running water, you can hear the water as it flows over the smooth round stones. You notice a bridge that provides safe passage over the water. Here you are asked to pause and set a clear intention for your journey into your garden. The bridge symbolizes the throat chakra which is the connection between the mind and heart. The throat is where you express yourself through speech, singing, and connects your mind to your body. Here you are asked to set your intention trusting in your ability to speak your truth.
Crossing the bridge you enter your spiritual garden of love and intent. When you desire to partner with Spirit is important to set a clear intention as to what you seek, clarity, wisdom, healing, or rejuvenation. This creates the energy lines to us and allows for your highest love, light and truth to be made manifest in your life. Pause here and set an intention before crossing the bridge into the garden.
As you cross the bridge of intention and enter the garden you notice many pathways, I ask you to trust you will know which path to take. In your journey of life you must choose which life path is for your greatest good, this is the gift of free will and co-creation. These choices can feel daunting and complicated but you are asked to have faith that you will recognize your way in life. You always have choices on earth and can choose another pathway; you do not need to stay on the same trajectory when it no longer serves you.
On the pathway into the garden and in life you are asked to notice if you desire to make different choices and then have the courage to make those new beginnings. Life is about change and embracing change as it comes your way.
Notice the Beauty:
As you walk along the path you are encouraged to notice the beauty of the garden, the flowers, grasses, trees, humming birds and butterflies. There is so much beauty to see in this garden and in your walk of life. We observe you as you make your way upon the earth in human form and we notice many of you walk with your heads down, full of doubts, worry, and anxiety for life. The pathway of life is meant to be enjoyed, and appreciated. We suggest you be curious about your life and what is showing up for you, notice what you are attracting on your journey.
Taking the time to appreciate what is right in front of you today will bring you into present time and this will create more focus and availability to the creative life force from you soul self empowering you to move forward and live your life to your fullest potential.
The Still Pond:
Eventually the pathways bring you to a still pond of water and you come and sit in this place for a while. As you sit by the pond you are encouraged to gaze into the pond and be aware of the beauty of human form! You chose to come to this planet, incarnating into this body with your unique face, capable hands, and feet to ground you, a dazzling smile, and eyes that connect you to your soul. You choose this body and I ask that you to make peace and love this miracle that is you. This body allows your spirit to have the experience of being upon the earth and deserves to be loved and honored for the sacred vessel that is.
The Water Fall:
As you sit by the pond you hear the sound of running water and you walk towards a magnificent water fall. I ask you to stand under the water fall and breathe deeply as the water washes you clean and connect you to your rivers of light. Relax your face, shoulders, and allow the cleansing waters to flow over your being. Allowing the fluidly to come into your solar plexus, sacral, and root chakras, and allow you to digest your food and life. These lower three chakras need to be fed fluidity and not get stuck in positions and absolutes.
Cave of Lost Dreams:
As you stand under the water fall you notice a cave deep into the heart of the mountain, and you are drawn to walk deeper and deeper into the cave. You walk in the cool darkness and understand this cave is your cave of lost dreams. Let your breathe move through your body as you get in touch with dreams you may have given up on, let go or forgotten. When you find yourself in the heart of the cave allow your being to be still, close your eyes, breathe and allow the dream to come to you softly and gently, and let yourself remember. As the dream reconnects breathe this into your sacral and let the seed be planted. Your dream may be songs you need to sing, places you wish to travel too, adventures you desire to experience, allow yourself to be open to love again. Whatever the dream is you are asked to create a space for it and allow it to grow, through your acceptance of self.
As you come out of the cave you find yourself on the pathway in the garden and it weaves around the garden giving you time to just be with your new awareness of self and your potential and dreams. Then you notice you have come full circle and you once again find the bridge, here you pause and give thanks for the guidance and love you have received. As you cross the bridge to the stone you leave an offering to the spirits that guide you on your journey of life.
I invite you to return to the garden for rejuvenation and unconditional love whenever you desire.
I thank you for joining me on the journey to your Spiritual Garden and offer you compassion and love this day.
I am Quan Yin
